Day 01 Arrive Delhi  

Upon arrival at Delhi International airport, you will be met by India Safaris & Tours and transferred to The Oberoi. (Room reserved since 12 noon today). 

Spend two nights in Delhi at The Oberoi. Accommodation is in a deluxe room with en-suite facilities. Your stay is on room only basis.

Day 02  Delhi 

Morning you will be assisted for your scheduled sightseeing tour of the city.

Day 03 Delhi - Agra (TAJ MAHAL REMAINS CLOSED ON FRIDAYS)

Morning you will be assisted for your scheduled road transfer to Agra. (approx. 05 hrs).

Upon arrival at Agra, check-in at Amarvilas. 

Late afternoon you will be assisted for your scheduled sightseeing tour of Taj Mahal.

Spend one night in Agra at Amarvilas. Accommodation is in a premier room with en-suite facilities. Your stay is on room only basis.  

Day 04 Agra - Bharatpur - Sawai Madhopur (Ranthambhor)  

Morning you will be assisted for your scheduled departure transfer to Bharatpur station in time to board train for Sawai Madhopur. En-route visit Fatehpur Sikri. 

Upon arrival at Sawai Madhopur station, you will be met and transferred to Vanyavilas.

Spend two nights in Sawai Madhopur at Vanyavilas. Accommodation is in a luxury tent with en-suite facilities. Your stay is on room only basis.

Day 05 Ranthambhor 

Our explorations inside the reserve will take the form of a mixture of early morning and evening game drives.

Day 06 Ranthambhor - Jaipur

Morning visit the park with your naturalist. 

After breakfast you will be assisted for your scheduled road transfer to Jaipur (approx. 03 hrs).

Upon arrival at Jaipur, check-in at Rajvilas.

Spend two nights in Jaipur at Rajvilas. Accommodation is in a premier room with en-suite facilities. Your stay is on room only basis.

Day 07 Jaipur

Today you will have full day to explore the city with your guide.  

Day 08 Jaipur - Delhi 

Morning is at leisure for independent activities.

Afternoon you will be assisted for your scheduled road transfer to Delhi. (approx. 05 hrs).

Upon arrival in Delhi, check-in at The Oberoi.

Spend one night in Delhi at The Oberoi. Accommodation is in a standard room with en-suite facilities. Your stay is on room only basis.

Day 09          Delhi - Shimla

This morning you will be assisted for your scheduled road transfer to Domestic airport to board flight to Shimla DN549 (0720 0840HRS).

Upon arrival in Shimla you will be met by hotel car and transferred to The Oberoi Wildflower Hall.

Spend three nights in Shimla at The Oberoi Wildflower Hall. Accommodation is in a deluxe room with en-suite facilities. Your stay is on room only basis.

Day 10 Shimla

Full day is at leisure for independent activities. 

Day 11 Shimla

Day 12 Shimla- Delhi 

This morning you will be assisted to Shimla airport to board flight to Delhi DN550 (0920 1040).

Upon arrival in Delhi, you will be met by India Safaris & Tours representative and transferred to The Oberoi.

Spend one night in Delhi at The Oberoi. Accommodation is in a standard room with en-suite facilities. Your stay is on room only basis.

Day 13 Departure Delhi

Today you will be assisted for your scheduled departure transfer to international airport in time to board flight back home.

The cost of the 12 nights / 13 days package is USD 3750.00 per person*.

TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLICABLE:

Until such time as confirmation of services is received from India Safaris & Tours this is a Quotation only and is subject to availability as no reservations have been made.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

• In order to confirm a reservation India Safaris & Tours requires a 20% non-refundable deposit immediately on confirmation of all services and balance of payment 45 day's prior to arrival. In case the booking is waitlisted we shall suggest an alternate hotel.
• Cancellation outside 60 days will result in loss of deposit
• Cancellation at 60-0 days 100% of total cost

Kindly note that payments may be processed with Visa and Master Card /Amex credit cards. Payments may also be paid directly into India Safaris & Tours bank account details. Additional bank charge of 2.25% would be applicable on the total invoice amount.
 
India Safaris & Tours reserves the right to cancel all services booked should full payment not be received 60 days prior to date of arrival.

Should it be a last minute booking, India Safaris & Tours will allow for 5 days from time of confirmation until payment reaches us before India Safaris & Tours will cancel any services booked.
 
All foreign transactions may now attract an extra 2.5% "handling fee" over & above the bank's usual exchange rate, which will be charged to your account by your bank. Kindly confirm with your bank to determine if this will affect you or not.

GENERAL NOTES

• The rates quoted are subject to change without prior warning, should there be any increases in Park Fees, Fuel, Sales Tax or VAT, third party services, or any other circumstances beyond our control in the regions featured in this quote/booking.
• All guests must take out comprehensive travel insurance covering them for personal effects, personal accident, medical and emergency travel expenses, cancellation and curtailment.
• In order to comply with international insurance requirements all airline tickets must clearly show the passenger's title, surname, name and initial (as indicated in their passport).  As this applies to both scheduled and charter flights we would be grateful if you could provide us with this information at the time of confirmation.  
• Your internal flights have been organized by us. While we take the maximum care to ensure a safe and comfortable journey for you India Safaris & Tours Private Ltd. is not responsible for the fitness of the carriers or the safety standards of the carrier company.
• In order to comply with International Insurance requirements India Safaris & Tours can only reserve seats, be it on a provisional or confirmed basis, on both domestic/scheduled or charter flights.
• Please note that fares may increase between time of booking, time of payment and the    ticket being issued. Any costs incurred due to amendments will not be borne by India Safaris & Tours.
• India Safaris & Tours cannot be held responsible should airlines discontinue flights on certain routings or change scheduled timetables, resulting in missed connections etc. Should an amendment in a routing or itinerary be necessary we will re-quote you accordingly.
