About Kerala

Kerala is a land of swaying palm trees and blue water and skies. The region, creates an atmosphere of peace and calmness, relaxes the mind and enhances the benefits of Ayurveda. Experiencing a revival of its different dance forms, this less patriarchal society is enriched with three different religions, Hinduism, Christianity and Islam. The distinct wooden architecture is an architectural treasure, Padmanabhapuram Palace, located near Trivandrum the capital of Kerala, being the finest example.
