Nilaya has 10 Deluxe rooms (7 AC - 3 Non AC) and  4 Luxury Tents composed of a front verandah, a fully furnished bedroom with a 4-poster bed, a dressing room which leads on to a large attached built-up bathroom with running hot and cold water. Nilaya's cuisine is a subtle, personal blend of Eastern and Western flavours. Dine al fresco by the pool, in the dining room or privately on your own terrace or in your room. Savour four meals at our poolside restaurant overlooking the ocean. Plenty of fresh sea-food and home garden grown organic vegetables are used in the food preparations. A variety of Goan Specialties and Indian curries are served upon request.

Treatments by highly professional in-house Ayurvedic doctors are given in the Ayurvedic Massage Centre. The health club is not biased towards sport or violent exercise (though state of the art gym, jogging trails as well as an excellent tennis court). Instead, on offer are relaxation therapies: Ayurvedic oil massage, steam baths and yoga. Use of the 33 meter long free-form swimming pool is encouraged.

VD movie library, Library, Business lounge - Access to Broadband Internet, Foreign Currency Exchange and Chauffeur driven cars or bike rentals are some other facilities that  the resort provides.
